WHAT IS INTUITIVE EATING?

Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach which aims to heal your relationship with food and your body.

We live in a society that tells us over and over again that our bodies are wrong, and that the path to happiness involves dieting and weight loss. More often than not, these diets are unsustainable, and the process only further disconnects us from our bodies.
