Tanya (she/her) is a Registered Occupational Therapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor in Nelson, BC providing virtual services across British Columbia and in-person services to adults in the Kootenays. Sessions are held online, in the client’s home, or in the community.

Tanya has worked across both public and private health care sectors which has allowed her to broaden her skillset and gain experience in many practice areas. She has built on the knowledge gained from her clinical experience with additional training in areas such as chronic pain, post-concussion management, mental health treatment, intuitive eating, wheelchairs and seating, cognitive rehabilitation, and return-to-work.


Tanya aims to provide an accepting and welcoming experience for people of any body size, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, ability, socioeconomic status, or religion. Tanya is an advocate for weight-neutral healthcare and for tackling weight bias within our healthcare system.
